How does the spam filtering work?
Every plan includes a honeypot trap (a hidden field real visitors never fill) plus per-IP rate limiting. Paid plans add layered protection: content heuristics that score links and keywords, an optional Cloudflare Turnstile CAPTCHA, and — on the top tier — AI review of borderline submissions. Flagged messages are quietly moved to a spam folder without triggering notifications.
Do I need JavaScript?
No. A plain HTML form POST works: we redirect the browser to your thank-you page afterwards. fetch()-based submissions get a JSON response and CORS support.
Can submissions be forwarded elsewhere?
Submissions are emailed to any addresses you configure and exportable as CSV. Forwarding into Bluejay Relay destinations (Slack, webhooks, and more) is on the roadmap.
